Ingredients

  • 350 g applesauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 40 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whip the egg white for 2-3 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, then stir for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is foamy and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the applesauce gradually, one spoon at a time, while stirring continuously for about 10 minutes until the mixture becomes a thick, firm foam.
  4. Pour the foam into decorative glasses and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate before serving.
