Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • some bitter almond aroma
  • 250 g almond (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into snow, add powdered sugar, cinnamon and bitter almond oil and finally fold in the almonds.
  2. Place small heaps with a teaspoon on the baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes at 140 degrees. Make sure that the macaroons dry more than they are baked, they have to be dry inside but not dark outside.
