  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 g mararine or butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Put the sugar, flour, margarine, eggs, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir well (the first part of each). Put everything in a springform pan. Then mix the remaining ingredients and knead into a crumbly dough. Crumble the dough over the existing dough.
  2. Put everything in the oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. Simply check with a wooden stick sample. Baking time is very dependent on the oven. In the convection oven, the cake can be ready after just 10 minutes.
  3. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Also suitable as a sheet cake. Then just take double the amount.
