Whip the cream until semi-stiff (creamy). Mix with the sugar and vanilla paste. Chop the bananas, knead and stir into the creamy cream with the chocolate flakes.
Pour the mixture into 12 stick ice cream molds and leave to freeze in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Take the shapes out of the freezer and dissolve the popsicles in hot water. Take out of shape and enjoy.
