Sieve the flour on a baking board and chop in the butter. Add all other ingredients and quickly knead together. Press half of the dough into a greased springform pan. Press the edge up a little.
Filling:
Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the pudding powder, quark and lemon juice and stir in.
Complete:
Put the quark mixture on the shortcrust pastry base, sprinkle the remaining dough in small crumbs and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
