Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together to form a lumpy, sticky batter. Shape it into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 12-14 minutes until golden.
Take care when lifting off the sheet - let the balls cool down a little first, otherwise they will disintegrate!
Tip: If you want, you can also place the balls on wafers and bake them (as coconut macaroons). After cooling, you can cover the balls with chocolate icing, as I do from time to time.
