Instructions

  1. Mix the desiccated coconut, flour, cocoa and salt. Melt the butter (in pieces) and the chocolate, which has been broken into small pieces, together in a warm water bath.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy. Let the sugar trickle in while continuing to beat. Stir in the chocolate mixture and vanilla flavor. Fold in the flour mixture with a spatula, leave to swell for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Place the coconut mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, teaspoon by spoon 4 cm apart. Shape something round. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle rack for about 12 minutes.
