Ingredients
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 60 g flour
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g butter, soft
- 150 g chocolate, dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet aroma (vanilla aroma bourbon)

- Mix the desiccated coconut, flour, cocoa and salt. Melt the butter (in pieces) and the chocolate, which has been broken into small pieces, together in a warm water bath.
- Beat the eggs until frothy. Let the sugar trickle in while continuing to beat. Stir in the chocolate mixture and vanilla flavor. Fold in the flour mixture with a spatula, leave to swell for approx. 5 minutes.
- Place the coconut mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, teaspoon by spoon 4 cm apart. Shape something round. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle rack for about 12 minutes.
