Chocolate Chip Cookies with Coconut Cream

Chocolate chip cookies are delicious on their own, but if you add cream to them, they will taste even better. It will not stay on your table for a long time, no one will refuse such a dessert. Cooking!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 Pieces (1 pc. – in cream; 1 pc. – in dough)
  • Sugar – 150 grams (in dough; 1 – tablespoon in cream)
  • Coconut flakes – 20 Grams
  • Starch – 1 Teaspoons (in cream)
  • Milk – 150 Milliliters (100 ml. – in cream; 50 ml. – in dough)
  • Butter – 110 grams (in dough)
  • Baking powder for dough – 1 teaspoon (per dough)
  • Cocoa powder – 40 grams (in dough)
  • Wheat flour – 180 grams (in dough)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch (in dough)

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Prepare the cream. Mix 1 egg and 1 tablespoon in a cup. sugar. Stir well.
  3. Mix 100 ml in a separate bowl. milk and 1 teaspoon. starch.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon to the egg and sugar mixture. coconut flakes. Mix well.
  5. Mix both parts, stir well. The cream is prepared in the microwave. Place in the oven and set the time to 2 minutes. 30 sec. Turn on. Remove after 30 seconds, stir. And so every 30 seconds. The cream thickens quickly and needs to be stirred.
  6. The finished cream keeps its shape perfectly.
  7. Transfer the cream to a glass bowl, cover with cling film so that it comes into contact with the cream. This prevents condensation from forming. Leave to cool at room temperature.
  8. Make cookie dough. Put soft butter in a bowl, add 150 grams of sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  9. Add 1 egg and beat again with a mixer. So that the egg mixes well into the mass.
  10. Add 50 ml. milk. Whisk.
  11. Add flour, vanillin, salt, baking powder and cocoa.
  12. Beat the dough on medium speed. Do not knead for a long time. As soon as you get a homogeneous, smearing consistency, stop beating.
  13. Take a baking sheet, line it with baking paper. Using a pastry bag, without a nozzle, transfer the dough onto a sheet. Plant at a short distance from each other.
  14. With your finger soaked in water, press lightly on the dough so that there is a flat surface.
  15. Place a baking sheet with future cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  16. After the time has passed, remove the cookies from the oven.
  17. Remove the cookies from the sheet and refrigerate.
  18. Decorate the cookies. Take one piece, brush it with a teaspoon (incomplete) of chilled cream.
  19. Cover with a second cookie. Press lightly with your fingers so that the cream appears on the sides.
  20. Pour the remaining coconut into a bowl. Dip the sides of the cookies in the shavings.
  21. Cookies can be served immediately or allowed to soak. In any case, it will be very tasty.
