Instructions

  1. Roast the coconut flakes in a non-stick pan without adding any fat. Then remove and set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the coconut milk and the lime juice and zest until smooth. Rinse the coriander, shake dry, chop finely and stir in together with the coconut flakes. Season to taste with chilli flakes, a little salt and a few turns of colored pepper from the mill.
