Instructions

  1. Use non-metal bowls, whisks, and spoons. Add the Hermann dough to a large non-metal bowl.
  2. Stir in the flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
  3. Add the milk, oil, eggs, and baking powder, then stir until everything is fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the desiccated coconut until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the dough into a well-greased bundt pan or loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 50 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
