Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut flakes and chocolate sprinkles in a bowl.
Mix the egg with sugar in another bowl, add oil and buttermilk and grate in the marzipan, stir, then add the flour mixture and stir with the whisk until everything is moist.
Divide the batter into the muffin molds, press one marzipan potato into each and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Put a chocolate icing on the cooled muffins and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
