Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a larger bowl and set aside.
  3. Put the butter in a saucepan, melt with the sugar and honey while stirring. Then pour this into the flour mixture and stir with a mixing spoon until everything is well combined.
  4. Remove 30g pieces from the dough, press them together a little and shape them into a round shape with the palm of your hand. Then place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. Leave about two centimeters between them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, they should be golden brown in color. Take out, let cool down briefly and then let cool down completely on a wire rack.
  6. The dough makes about 30 pieces, this type of biscuit is hard and also crispy.
