Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, coconut milk, vanilla sugar and honey together. Sift the flour and stir in. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. As with conventional pancakes, place a small ladle of batter in a pan with hot fat, spread thinly by swirling the pan and bake pancakes on both sides to make light brown pancakes.
  3. You can also serve chocolate cream, fruit or cream, for example.
