Instructions

  1. Crush the crackers with the butter and the curry powder in a lightning chopper.
  2. Brush a baking dish with oil. Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place in the pan. Cover with the cracker mixture and press down on the mixture.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. Spinach leaves go very well with this.
