Instructions

  1. Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water and quickly knead with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough.
  2. Shape them into small croissants and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Then dip the croissant loin in a little chocolate glaze and let it dry well.
