- Shape the unseasoned minced meat into thumb-sized pieces and fry them in olive oil.
- Mix the sheep cheese, yoghurt, zucchini cubes and all the spices (season well!).
- Layer the lamb, leek and potatoes in a flat baking dish and pour the yogurt on top.
- Bake the whole thing in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 150 degrees.
- It goes well with toasted flatbread or simmets (sesame rings, Turkish grocery store)
