Instructions

  1. Puree the peaches, except for one, and cut one into small pieces.
  2. Whip the cream cheese, liqueur and sugar until frothy, mix with the pureed peaches.
  3. Whip the cream and cream stiffener and fold in with the chopped peach. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.
