- Mix the ajvar (because of the kid`s I took it mildly) with the yoghurt. Add the milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Add a few pinches of sugar to round off the taste, then finely chop the herbs and add them too.
- Now put the whole thing in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes so that the herbs can develop their aroma.
- The ultimate summer soup for hot days is ready.
