Ingredients

  • 1 glass ajvar
  • g 1,000 natural yohurt
  • 1 glass milk, approx. 200 ml
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 1 handful herbs, fresh (basil, peppermint, lemon verbena)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ajvar (because of the kid`s I took it mildly) with the yoghurt. Add the milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Add a few pinches of sugar to round off the taste, then finely chop the herbs and add them too.
  3. Now put the whole thing in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes so that the herbs can develop their aroma.
  4. The ultimate summer soup for hot days is ready.
