  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g orane juice
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • some peppermint, fresh
  • possibly ice, (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

  1. Cut the strawberries into very small pieces or puree them lightly, mix with the orange juice, season with powdered sugar and lemon juice and only then mix with the cream.
  2. Arrange in soup plates, sprinkle with finely chopped peppermint and serve. Can also be served with vanilla ice cream
