Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper from the mill. Heat some fat in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken breasts for 3 minutes until golden. Remove from the pan and season with either sweet paprika powder or mild curry powder.
Place a grate in an oven-safe roasting dish and arrange the chicken breasts on it. Cook in the oven at 90°C (194°F) for about 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cut into thin slices and serve with dips or sauces.
