Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • some salt and pepper, from the mill
  • some fat, for frying
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet OR:
  • Curry powder, mild

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 90 degrees.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry them in a frying pan for 3 minutes. Remove from the pan, season with sweet paprika powder or mild curry powder.
  3. Place the grate on an oven-safe roasting dish, place the chicken breasts on it and leave to stand in the oven at 90 degrees for almost an hour.
  4. Take out of the oven and let cool, cut into thin slices, serve with dips / sauces.
