Chicken Breast in Almonds

A very easy-to-prepare chicken breast in almonds dish is a great way to diversify your meat menu. Chicken fillet according to this recipe is juicy on the inside, with a golden brown nut crust on the outside.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 300 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped almonds – 40 g
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Lightly beat the chicken fillet with a kitchen hammer to flatten it.
  2. Salt and pepper the chicken fillet on both sides.
  3. Pour flour on a flat plate, roll chicken fillet on both sides in flour.
  4. Put the chicken egg on another plate, beat the egg a little with a whisk or fork to mix the egg white with the yolk. Dip the chicken fillet on both sides of the egg.
  5. Put the chopped almonds on the third plate, roll the chicken fillet in the almonds, press the almond pieces to the fillet so that the almonds stay firmly on it.
  6. Heat butter in a frying pan. In boiling oil, fry the chicken fillet in almonds on one side for 6-7 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Turn the fillet over and fry the meat for another 6-7 minutes.
  8. Cut the finished chicken fillet in almonds into portioned pieces and serve with your favorite side dish or vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
