- Grate potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater, chop parsley.
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- Cut the cucumbers into small cubes too.
- Grind the boiled egg.
- Mix all ingredients and add capers. Check for salt, pepper.
