Finely slice white cabbage (the best are jarama cabbage, pointed cabbage or young cabbage) and season with salt. Cut the cucumber once across and cut into approx. 4 mm sticks (V-slicer 3.5 mm). Also cut the pickles and peppers into sticks. Finely chop the parsley.
Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, cucumber water and oil.
