Ingredients
- 1 white cabbage, approx. 700-000g
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 3 large cucumber (s), (pickles)
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 3 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- salt
- pepper
- some parsley
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Finely slice white cabbage (the best are jarama cabbage, pointed cabbage or young cabbage) and season with salt. Cut the cucumber once across and cut into approx. 4 mm sticks (V-slicer 3.5 mm). Also cut the pickles and peppers into sticks. Finely chop the parsley.
- Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, cucumber water and oil.
- Other herbs also go well with it: such as dill, celery greens
