Ingredients

  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 50 ml buttermilk
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the white cabbage and slice into fine strips. Peel and grate the carrots. Peel the onion and cut into very fine strips. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients well and pour over the vegetables. Mix everything well. Let the salad stand for at least 24 hours and season if necessary.
  2. Goes wonderfully with grilled food.
