Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ white cabbage, approx. 600-750 g
  • 300 g rapes, reen
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. White cabbage (Jaroma cabbage, pointed cabbage or young cabbage are best), finely slice, salt, let it work and squeeze out the liquid with your hands. Peel, slice and salt the cucumber and squeeze out the liquid with your hands. Cut the peppers into sticks. Cut the grapes once to remove the stone. Finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar, chives and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
