Ingredients

  • 1 white cabbage (600 - 800 g)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 kg ½ plums
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Finely slice white cabbage (the best are jarama cabbage, pointed cabbage or young cabbage) and season with salt. Finely grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and chives. Remove the stones from the plums and cut into wedges. Mix all ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and oil.
