Pluck the marjoram leaves and chop half of the leaves. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Cut the sausages into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage slices in it. Add paprika and mushrooms and fry for about 4 minutes, turning. Deglaze with pizza tomatoes, broth and shashlik sauce. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add the chopped marjoram. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Serve the goulash and garnish with the remaining marjoram leaves.
