Ingredients
- 5 stalks marjoram
- 3 bell peppers, mixed colors
- 200 g mushrooms
- 4 sausages
- 1 can pizza tomatoes with basil
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 125 ml shish kebab sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Pluck the marjoram leaves and chop half of the leaves. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Cut the sausages into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage slices in it. Add paprika and mushrooms and fry for about 4 minutes, turning. Deglaze with pizza tomatoes, broth and shashlik sauce. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add the chopped marjoram. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Serve the goulash and garnish with the remaining marjoram leaves.
- Baguette tastes good with it.
