Sweat the chopped onions in a little oil and then fry the minced meat vigorously. Briefly add the garlic and deglaze everything with the coarsely chopped tomatoes (including the tomato juice from the can). Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and of course the chilli, depending on your taste (be careful with the dried chilli peppers!). Simmer over low to medium heat for about 30-40 minutes. During this time wash, clean and roughly dice the peppers. Put the kidney beans, corn and paprika in the pot and simmer everything again for about 10 minutes.
