Ingredients

• 80 g tender wheat (Ebly)
• 80 g baby spinach
• 0.5 ½ small mango (s)
• 1 carrot (s)
• 0.5 ½ small kohlrabi

For the dressing:

• 0.5 ½ small mango (s)
• 1 dash apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon tahini
• some pepper
• 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic, pressed
• 1 dash water

Instructions

1. Cook Ebly according to package instructions.
2. Chop the mango, carrot and kohlrabi and serve with the Ebly on the bed of spinach.
3. For the dressing, puree the mango and mix with the remaining ingredients. Do not add water until the very end, more or less depending on the desired consistency.
