Ingredients
- 80 g tender wheat (Ebly)
- 80 g baby spinach
- 0.5 ½ small mango (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ small kohlrabi
For the dressing:
- 0.5 ½ small mango (s)
- 1 dash apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- some pepper
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic, pressed
- 1 dash water

- Cook Ebly according to package instructions.
- Chop the mango, carrot and kohlrabi and serve with the Ebly on the bed of spinach.
- For the dressing, puree the mango and mix with the remaining ingredients. Do not add water until the very end, more or less depending on the desired consistency.
