Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and let cool. Cut the onions, spring onions and peppers into small pieces and place everything in a bowl. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Cut the pineapple pieces into small pieces again and add to the bowl. Add corn and green peas and mix everything together.
  2. If the salad is to be served in summer and it still takes a while, you can use frozen peas very well and add them to the salad without thawing, so the salad will keep itself cool for some time.
  3. For the sauce, mix together the mayonnaise and yoghurt, dilute with a little pineapple juice, add the mango chutney, sambal oil and spices and season to taste. Add to the salad. Finally add the cold noodles. Let it steep a little and season again if necessary.
