Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water, drain and rinse. Peel and slice the potatoes. Clean the cucumber, grate a third of it and mix it with the yogurt. Stir in oil and season with garlic, salt and pepper, set aside. Dice the rest of the cucumber.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the pulp as well. Likewise the sheep`s cheese. Cut the peppers into slices. Mix everything with the potatoes and stir in the yogurt. Let it steep for at least an hour.
  3. Goes well with barbecues, but is also a delicious main meal with sliced gyros!
