- g 1,500 potatoes, waxy
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 5 tomato (s)
- 5 peppers, pickled
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 500 g yourt, Greek
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper

- Cook the potatoes in salted water, drain and rinse. Peel and slice the potatoes. Clean the cucumber, grate a third of it and mix it with the yogurt. Stir in oil and season with garlic, salt and pepper, set aside. Dice the rest of the cucumber.
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the pulp as well. Likewise the sheep`s cheese. Cut the peppers into slices. Mix everything with the potatoes and stir in the yogurt. Let it steep for at least an hour.
- Goes well with barbecues, but is also a delicious main meal with sliced gyros!
