Ingredients

  • 2 glasses beans, large white beans, 50 g each
  • 1 can corn, 285 g
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans and corn. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems, wash, pat dry and chop. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and partitions, then rinse and dice.
  2. Mix together the lemon juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Spread the sauce over it.
