Instructions

  1. For the vinaigrette, mix the apple cider vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar together vigorously. Then stir in the oil until it becomes thick.
  2. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce and spin dry. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices using a peeler. Halve the apple again, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
  3. Mix the carrots and apples into the vinaigrette and carefully fold in the lamb`s lettuce.
