For the vinaigrette, mix the apple cider vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar together vigorously. Then stir in the oil until it becomes thick.
Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce and spin dry. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices using a peeler. Halve the apple again, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Mix the carrots and apples into the vinaigrette and carefully fold in the lamb`s lettuce.
