Drain the carrots and corn well. Cut the ham and peppers into strips and cut the eggs into small pieces. Clean the head of lettuce and cut into narrow strips with a knife. Layer half of all the ingredients in a tall, narrow bowl. Season the egg layer with pepper. Finally, sprinkle with half of the spring onions cut into fine rings. Do the same with the second layer, but without the spring onions. Pour the Miracel Whip over the whole thing and use the handle of a wooden spoon to pierce the salad several times down to the bottom of the bowl. Let it steep in the fridge overnight and garnish with the remaining spring onions just before serving.
