Instructions

  1. Put the peas in boiling salted water, cook for approx. 3 minutes and drain. Mix all salad ingredients carefully. Mix a marinade from vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and parsley, then add the oil and pour everything over the salad. Let the salad steep for at least 1 hour.
