Ingredients

  • g 1,000 meat loaf, first cut into 2 cm thick slices, then cut into cubes
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 400 g bell pepper (s), marinated, drained from the lass, cut into strips and leaves
  • 400 g herkin (s) (mustard herkins), drained, cut into strips and leaves
  • 3 medium onion (s), cut into very thin rings
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled mustard, sweet
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth, finely chopped
  • 125 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Put the peas in boiling salted water, cook for approx. 3 minutes and drain. Mix all salad ingredients carefully. Mix a marinade from vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and parsley, then add the oil and pour everything over the salad. Let the salad steep for at least 1 hour.
