Ingredients
- 600 g mushrooms, brown or white
- salt
- 1 lemon (s), the juice it
- 1 tablespoon oil
For the dressing:
- 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon ketchup
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream, whipped until stiff
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon parsley, smooth, chopped

- Steam the mushrooms in salted water with lemon juice and oil until soft. Take out, let cool, cut into slices and place in a bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, fold in the whipped cream, season with pepper and parsley, pour over the salad and mix in.
