Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 50 g butter or mararine
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Lemon juice, or vinegar
- 300 g pasta, (macaroni)

- Clean and wash the mushrooms, cut into leaves and drain. Sauté in the hot butter or margarine with the parsley and a little salt and pepper, then let it steep for 5 minutes without liquid. Season to taste with lemon juice or vinegar.
- Cook the chopped macaroni in salted boiling water. Drain and serve with the mushrooms.
