  1. Clean and wash the mushrooms, cut into leaves and drain. Sauté in the hot butter or margarine with the parsley and a little salt and pepper, then let it steep for 5 minutes without liquid. Season to taste with lemon juice or vinegar.
  2. Cook the chopped macaroni in salted boiling water. Drain and serve with the mushrooms.
