- Thaw frozen puff pastry and roll out into a plate (approx. 35 x 45 cm) on a baking sheet.
- Sauté the onion and paprika in a little oil, after 5 minutes add the minced meat and fry, fold in the remaining ingredients, season to taste.
- Put the filling on the dough, fold it up, glue it with egg white, brush the puff pastry roll with egg yolk so that it browns better.
- Bake at 220 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
- If you have the time and inclination, you can of course also fill small puff pastry pockets, which e.g., is very popular as a party snack!
