Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen puff pastry and roll out into a plate (approx. 35 x 45 cm) on a baking sheet.
  2. Sauté the onion and paprika in a little oil, after 5 minutes add the minced meat and fry, fold in the remaining ingredients, season to taste.
  3. Put the filling on the dough, fold it up, glue it with egg white, brush the puff pastry roll with egg yolk so that it browns better.
  4. Bake at 220 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. If you have the time and inclination, you can of course also fill small puff pastry pockets, which e.g., is very popular as a party snack!
