Cook the rice using the swelling rice method (rice to water in a ratio of 1: 2).
Chop the onions and fry them in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and fry well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces and sauté in a separate pan.
Then put rice, minced meat, carrots, kidney beans and corn (the latter both uncooked) in a large bowl and season to taste. Add sunflower oil and mix everything well. Serve immediately.
Tip: The dish is also good for preparing. Just cover it and put it in the fridge overnight, so it tastes even better the next day.
