Instructions

  1. First fry the ham in a pan. Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and gradually add them to the pan. Season with pepper, garlic powder, paprika and coriander. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock.
  2. Finally add the herb cheese, mix everything well and simmer for about 15 minutes. Boil the rice in salted water and add some food coloring if you like.
