Ingredients
- 250 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
- 1 large onion (s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large red pepper (s)
- pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- 1 teaspoon coriander, dried
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup rice
- Salt water
- some food coloring (color your choice)
- 1 tablespoon cheese (herb cheese)

- First fry the ham in a pan. Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and gradually add them to the pan. Season with pepper, garlic powder, paprika and coriander. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock.
- Finally add the herb cheese, mix everything well and simmer for about 15 minutes. Boil the rice in salted water and add some food coloring if you like.
